Half gallon motivational water bottle with flip-top straw lid. 7 am - good morning! 9 am - do it for yourself! 11 am - keep it going! 1 pm - drink more! 3 pm - tons of energy! 5 pm - no exercise! 7 pm - almost there! 9 pm - yay! You did it! Flip-top lid cap keeps dust and germs out. 2 ways to drink: sip upright from straw; remove straw to drink from lid. Built-in carry loop. Locking lid tab. Locking lid is leak-proof when closed. Wide opening for easy filling and cleaning. Time markers remind you to stay hydrated. Large capacity is perfect for sports, exercise and everyday use. Wash and rinse all parts in warm, soapy water before first use and after each use. Always separate bottle, lid, straw, straw bottom and straw top when washing. To dry, place on drying rack to air dry or use a soft dish towel. Ensure each part is completely dry before reassembly. Not for use in dishwasher. All parts are hand wash only. To Use: Time markers track water intake and motivate you to stay hydrated throughout the day. Two ways to drink from lid: (1) Sip using the straw. (2) Chug through the lid with straw removed. To open the lid, flip the lid tab into the unlocked position, push in button to open the cap. To close the lid, flip the cap back over the opening until you hear a click. If using with straw, the straw will automatically push back into the bottle. Flip the lid tab over the button into the locked position. Ensure lid is on the locked position. Carry by using the built-in carry handle. To use with straw, first, assemble straw by inserting one end of straw into the smaller opening of the flexible straw bottom until it reaches the line on the inside and then inserting the other end of the straw into the straw top. Next, insert assembled straw through the underside of the lid and screw lid onto bottle to secure. Wash and rinse all parts in warm, soapy water before first use and after each use.
