What are the Financial Perks?
In addition to base salary, associates will receive a temporary pay adjustment (increase) of 25%; however, the temporary pay adjustment may not exceed the maximum of the NF3 or NF4 pay band, as applicable. Additional pay incentives/allowances will be determined on the base pay after application of the special base pay incentive.
Plus, a relocation bonus of 5%.

Are There Allowances?
The Department of State Standard Regulations (DSSR) outlines fabulous benefits, which can be found on the Department of State website for overseas allowances and are subject to periodic adjustments.
Here are some examples:
  • Post Allowance (COLA) currently 25% based on formula
  • Hardship (Post) Differential currently 30% of base pay

Where Will I Stay?
Housing/living accommodation is an air conditioned containerized living unit (CLU) and you will be placed in either a single or shared CLU based on your grade level. Hours worked will average approximately 60 hours per week.

Enjoy meals at the galley (open 22 hours a day), wireless Internet, a nice modern gym, a library, a computer-learning lab, and free movies every night. There’s also free laundry—you can turn in your dirty laundry and get back in 48 hours, cleaned and folded!
