NEXt Level Rewards (the “Program”) is the Navy Exchange Service Command’s (“we”, “us”, “our”) Rewards Program and allows members (“you”, “your”, “they”, “their”) to earn rewards in connection with qualifying purchases at Navy Exchange stores and online at myNavyExchange.com (the “Website”). Members of Navy Blue Rewards (our “prior rewards program”) will be automatically enrolled in the Program.
A: Membership
1. Free Membership
No purchase is necessary to become a member of NEXt Level Rewards. Become a member of the Program by signing up in store at checkout with your name, phone number, email address and zip code OR by creating and/or updating an account at myNavyExchange.com with the same information.
2. Eligibility
You must be an Authorized Navy Exchange Patron to be eligible for membership. Membership in the Program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Member agrees that Rewards account may not be shared with family or friends. Members agree to provide personally identifiable information (“PII”); including first name, last name, phone number, email address, physical address and date of birth and to allow us to communicate with you about the Program. You also agree to receive advertising and other marketing communications from us. If you choose to opt out of receiving advertising and other marketing communications, you will continue to receive email and other communications regarding your account and Program status.
3. Member Information
Member agrees to keep their member account information up-to-date. Members may update their member account information by visiting their account profile on the Website or by providing updated information to an associate in-store during checkout. If you are a Program member but do not have an account on our Website, you may create an account here. If you are a Program member but have not signed up in-store, provide the associate with your name, email address, phone number and zip code that were used to create your account on our Website. Our Privacy Policy will govern all information you provide as a member of the Program. We respect your right to privacy and will never sell, rent or exchange any information about our customers.
4. Member Rewards
Member agrees that in order to earn points on both your in-store and online purchases, you will provide the same information (first name, last name, email address and phone number) in your online account as you provide to the associate in store during sign-up. If we are unable to merge your in-store and online member information (by matching name, email address and phone number), you understand that not all of your eligible purchases may be tracked and you may miss out on earning points. You also agree that you must provide your Program loyalty card number or member phone number to the cashier each time you make a purchase in-store or you will not earn points on your eligible purchases. You understand that your eligible online purchases will automatically earn points.
5. Member Cancellation
You may cancel your NEXt Level Rewards membership at any time. Upon cancellation, any earned points or Rewards will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed. To cancel your membership call Customer Service at 877-810-9030 (CONUS) or 001-877-432-1736 (OCONUS) or contact us here.
B: Earning Points & Rewards
1. General
Members can earn points on all eligible purchases in-store and online at myNavyExchange.com. See Exclusions below for products and services that are not eligible to earn points. New members are eligible to earn a one-time welcome sign-up reward when they sign up in store and members may be eligible to earn additional offers and incentives, as outlined below. Member agrees it is their responsibility to provide the associate with their Program loyalty card number or member phone number at the start of each in-store transaction in order to earn points for their eligible purchase(s).
2. Welcome Sign Up Offer
New members are eligible to receive a one-time $10 welcome sign-up reward when they join NEXt Level Rewards. Member agrees that in order to earn a one-time $10 Welcome sign-up Reward, they must provide required information (name, phone number, email address, and zip code) at time of sign up. Welcome sign-up reward is available for use within 48 hours of sign up and will automatically be available within your account at point of sale (POS). Welcome sign-up reward expires 60 days after issuance and is only valid in Navy Exchange stores. Exclusions, terms and conditions apply and are listed below under ‘Exclusions’. We reserve the right to change the sign-up reward at any time.
3. Birthday Offer
All members are eligible to receive a birthday offer each year. Members with a valid physical mailing address and their birth date entered in their online account profile will receive a free birthday gift valid during their birthday month. Member understands and agrees that their birth date must be entered in their online account profile at least six (6) weeks prior to the start of their birthday month in order to be eligible to receive the birthday offer. Members (new or existing) who provide their birth date less than six (6) weeks prior to their birthday month may not receive a birthday offer until the following year. Birthday offers are delivered via USPS mail. The birthday offer is a $10 coupon valid in-store only. Exclusions apply and are printed on the $10 birthday coupon itself. Member agrees that we are not responsible for lost or stolen birthday offers and we may be unable to reissue or otherwise re-deliver your birthday offer. We reserve the right to change the birthday offer at any time.
4.Rewards Scratch Cards
All members are eligible to receive rewards scratch cards on an on-going basis. Member agrees that rewards scratch cards may vary in time, duration and offer at our sole discretion. Members with a valid physical mailing address in their online account profile will receive periodic rewards scratch cards throughout the year. Rewards scratch cards are delivered via USPS mail. Member agrees that we are not responsible for lost or stolen rewards scratch cards. Members that do not receive a rewards scratch card via USPS mail may be able to obtain one by visiting customer service at your Navy Exchange and providing proof of Program membership. Proof of membership includes: ability for associate to locate your account in our system based on your name and phone number or the ability for you to show the associate that you have an online account at myNavyExchange.com. Specific discounts associated with each Rewards Scratch Card may vary. Exclusions apply and are printed on the Rewards Scratch Card itself. We reserve the right to change the reward scratch card offer at any time.
5. Earning Points
All members can earn points on eligible purchases made in-store or online at myNavyExchange.com. Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases. Points do not expire as long as new points are earned within a 90-day period. Points are converted to rewards on a monthly basis in 250-point increments. Any points in excess of a 250-point increment will be rolled over to the next period. Points are converted into rewards on the 1st of each month for the previous month. For example, if you earn 300 points in the month of July, you will receive a $5 reward on August 1st and the remaining 50 points will roll over. Your points will remain active as long as you earn new points by October 31. As outlined below under ‘Special Promotions & Incentives,’ we may offer bonus point opportunities just as double points or triple points events.
6. Monthly Rewards
All members can earn monthly rewards on eligible purchases made in-store or online at myNavyExchange.com. Members earn a $5 reward for every 250 points earned (equal to a 2% rebate) on all qualifying purchases, in store or online, during a calendar month. A minimum of 250 points in qualifying purchases (after returns, discounts, and coupons and before shipping, fees, surcharges, etc.) during the calendar month is required to receive a $5 monthly reward. Monthly rewards are issued in $5 increments and rounded down to the nearest $5 increment. Monthly rewards are issued on the 1st of each month for the previous months’ points. For example, if you earn 575 points during a calendar month, you will receive a $10 monthly reward, calculated as follows: $575 x 2% = $11.50, which is rounded down to $10. Any remaining points will be carried over to the next month and count towards future rewards. Using the previous example, the remaining 75 points ($575 – ($250x2)) will carry over to the next month. The maximum monthly reward that can be earned during a monthly issuance period is $200. To receive the maximum $200 reward, you would need to earn 10,000 or more points from qualifying purchases (after returns, discounts, and coupons and before shipping, fees, surcharges, etc.). Returns are deducted from your overall point total during the monthly rewards period. Monthly rewards are automatically available in member’s account and accessible by the store associate at point of sale. Members will receive regular email and/or SMS notifications informing them that a reward is available for their use. Store associates may also inform members of available rewards. Rewards expire 60 days after issuance and are only valid in Navy Exchange stores. Monthly rewards are not available for redemption online at myNavyExchange.com, unless member requests to have their reward converted into an online coupon code for use online. See ‘Online Redemption’ for more details. Exclusions, terms and conditions apply and are included below under ‘Exclusions.’ We reserve the right to change the monthly rewards offer at any time.
7. Special Promotions & Incentives
From time to time, we may offer special promotions and incentives for Program members. Member agrees that all program terms and conditions apply to any special promotions and incentives offered by the Program. Special promotions & incentives may include, but are not limited to: Points Multipliers and Bonus Offers.
Points Multipliers: during specified periods, we may offer the opportunity to earn a 2X, 3X, 4X or more points on all qualifying purchases. Member agrees that points multiplier offers may be limited to certain products or categories, as outlined in applicable Program marketing materials. During points multipliers events, members will earn the specified point multiplier on each $1 spent on qualifying purchases, in store or online. All other earning and issuance terms apply. For example, during a Double Points event for consumer electronics, if member makes $390 in qualifying consumer electronics purchases and $300 in other qualifying purchases, they will earn 1,080 points, calculated as follows: 390 x 2 = 780, plus 300 x 1 = 300, for a total of 1,080. These points would then convert into a $20 reward (1000/250 = 4 x $5 = $20) with 80 points rolling over to the next earning period.
Bonus Offers: during specified periods, we may offer bonus earning opportunities on qualifying purchases. Member agrees that bonus offers may be limited to certain products or categories, as outlined in applicable Program marketing materials and will vary at our discretion. Certain Bonus Offers may be issued as Navy Exchange e-Gift Cards. Navy Exchange e-Gift Cards are sent via email and member must have a valid email address in order to receive Bonus Offer e-Gift Cards. To ensure delivery of your Bonus Offer e-Gift Card, member agrees to add egc@claim.cards to your address book/approved sender’s list. Member agrees that we are not responsible for lost or stolen e-Gift Cards and we may be unable to reissue or otherwise re-deliver your e-Gift Card. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see your e-Gift Card email. Bonus Offer e-Gift cards expire 60 days after issuance and are only valid in Navy Exchange stores or online at myNavyExchange.com. Bonus Offer e-Gift Cards are issued within 14 days of the end of the promotional period. Exclusions, terms and conditions apply and are included in the e-Gift Card email you receive. All other earning and issuance terms apply. An example Bonus Offer may be: Receive a $100 NEXt Level Reward e-gift card when you make a furniture purchase of $1,000 or more. In this example, members who made a qualifying purchase will receive a $100 NEXt Level Rewards e-Gift Card plus any additional earned rewards during the next applicable issuance Period. We reserve the right to change the special promotions and incentives at any time.
8. Exclusions
Members may earn points only on the purchase price of: (i) qualifying products or services at Navy Exchange stores when they present their NEXt Level Rewards membership loyalty card number or phone number (or other valid identification from which the member's account information can be determined by the store associate), or (ii) qualifying products or services Online at myNavyExchange.com. Calculation of points excludes coupons and discounts, shipping charges and any other applicable surcharges. Member agrees they will not earn points on any discounts or other credits offered in connection with a product or service. For example, if a product that is normally $100 is on sale for $75, a member will only earn points on the purchase price of $75. Purchases of gift cards, merchandise vouchers, and any type of price adjustments, including merchandise returns, are not eligible to earn points. All purchases made: (i) by a member prior to such member joining the Program, or (ii) without presenting a valid member loyalty card number or phone number in-store (or other valid identification from which the member's account information can be determined by the store associate), are not eligible to earn points. Member agrees certain products and services are not eligible to earn points. Layaways (until paid off), previous purchases, concessions, financial services (money transfers), pay-at-the-pump gasoline, purchase of gift cards, prepaid cards, Apple Care, home delivery, installation, NEX Protection Plans, and shipping purchases are not eligible to earn NEXt Level Rewards.
9. Returns
Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, refund, or other credit will be deducted from the member's available points balance in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction. Rewards used on a purchase (in part or in full) that is then the subject of a return, refund or other credit will be forfeited and you will not be able to use the reward again on another purchase.
C: Redeeming Rewards
1. General
Members may redeem rewards on all eligible purchases in-store at your Navy Exchange. Rewards are not currently redeemable online at myNavyExchange.com, unless specifically requested by member—see ‘Online Redemption’ for details. NEXt Level Rewards are automatically available in member’s account at point of sale (POS). Member may inquire about available rewards at POS, store associate may inform member of available rewards and/or we will notify member of available rewards via email and/or SMS. In order to receive notifications via SMS, member must be opted in to receive SMS messages from Navy Exchange. Opt-in can be completed by texting REWARDS to 57662 and completing sign up process. Message and data rates may apply, see texting terms and conditions. Authorized patrons may redeem rewards as payment for most purchases of merchandise and services, to make layaway payments, or place special orders in store. To redeem rewards in store, inform the store associate at POS that you would like to redeem your reward. Rewards can be redeemed in any amount up to the full value of the reward. All rewards expire 60 days from issuance and any un-redeemed reward amount will be available for 60 days from issuance. We reserve the right to change the issuance schedule and reward thresholds at any time.
2. Issuance Schedule
NEXt Level Rewards are issued based on qualifying points earned during a calendar month. Rewards will be issued on the 1st of the month following the previous calendar month. Member agrees if they have not met the minimum qualifying point threshold of 250 points (equivalent to a $5 reward) during the calendar month that they will not be issued a reward. If a member does not meet the monthly minimum qualifying point threshold, they may carry their points balance forward for an unlimited period of time so long as new points are earned within 90 days of last points earned. If new points are not earned within 90 days, member’s points balance will be reset to zero (0). For example: if a member earns 100 points from qualifying purchases during the month of January and 200 points from qualifying purchases during the month of March, they will be eligible to receive a $5 reward issued in April. If a member earns 200 points from a qualifying purchase on June 15, but does not earn any additional points before September 13, those 200 points will expire on September 13 and their points balance will reset to zero (0). But if they earn 10 points (or any other value) before September 13, all points will remain valid for another 90 days. Once the minimum qualifying points threshold of 250 is reached and a reward is earned, all excess points above the 250 increment will carry over to the next month. For example, if a member earns 300 points from qualifying purchases in April, they will receive a $5 reward (250 points) and their remaining 50 points will carry over and continue to be active so long as new points are earned within 90 days.
3. Reward Thresholds
Member agrees that the minimum reward issued during the monthly issuance period is $5 (equivalent to a minimum of 250 points) and the maximum reward issued during the monthly issuance period is $200 (equivalent to a maximum of 10,000 points).
4. Online Redemption
Member agrees that monthly rewards are not redeemable online at myNavyExchange.com, unless specifically requested in writing by member not more than 15 days after monthly reward issuance on the 1st of each month. Member may request that the total value of their monthly reward be converted to an online coupon code redeemable at myNavyExchange.com, by completing this online form with all required information. Alternatively, member may email rewards@nexweb.org with the following information: member name, member email address, member loyalty card number and reward amount. Member may only request the total value of all available rewards be converted to an online coupon code. This action is irrevocable once requested. You will receive your online coupon code via email in 3-5 business days. For example, if you have a $50 reward available, the entire amount must be converted to an online coupon code. Once the conversion is complete, your $50 reward will be reset to $0 and you will be issued a $50 online coupon code via email. Member agrees that online coupon codes are one-time use only and the total value of the online transaction must be greater than the value of the coupon code. Member also agrees that online coupon codes are sent via email and member must have a valid email address associated with their loyalty account in order to receive the online coupon code. To ensure delivery of your online coupon code, member agrees to add email@navyexchg.com to your address book/approved sender’s list. Member agrees that we are not responsible for lost or stolen online coupon codes and we may be unable to reissue or otherwise re-deliver your online coupon code email. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see your online coupon code email. Online coupon codes expire 60 days after issuance on the 1st of each month and are only valid online at myNavyExchange.com. Exclusions, terms and conditions apply and are included in the online coupon code email you receive.
5. Exclusions
Rewards, online coupon codes and/or e-Gift Cards associated with the NEXt Level Rewards program are not redeemable for cash, are non-refundable, are not reloadable, and may not be used to purchase Navy Exchange or Third-Party gift cards. Additionally, Rewards are not redeemable for Nexmart merchandise, Apple Care, home delivery, installation, NEX Protection Plans, Home Depot purchases, Military Star Card payments, rentals (ie. equipment, cars, dive), packing & shipping, layaway payments, layaway pick up, layaway cancellations, financial services (ie. money transfers), embossing/engraving services, recruit photo & video services, concessionaire products & services, residential services, consignment products & services and fuel. 5. Expiration
Rewards, online coupon codes and/or e-Gift Cards associated with the NEXt Level Rewards program expire 60 days after issuance on the first of each month and have no service fees.
D: General
We reserve the right to change, cancel or otherwise modify the Program at any time, in our sole discretion without any further obligation to members. We also reserve the right to interpret and apply the policies outlined in these terms and conditions and all determinations made by us shall be final. All information provided by each NEXt Level Rewards member will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

DISCLOSURE: Voluntary. However, failure to provide requested information may preclude you from participating in this program.
