The Viking Acacia Carving Board brings to your kitchen elegance and functionality to whatever bird or beast you carve. The board is water/bacteria resistant thanks to the natural oils of the Acacia wood. It's a great prep station and it comes with a 3-piece carving set from Viking's Professional Cutlery series. Beginning with an 11-inch Meat Fork to contain your dish, followed by a 13-inch Carving Knife to perfectly slice your dish for your loved ones at the dinner table. To top it off, you can keep your knife and other cutlery tools in your kitchen perfectly sharp using the 15-inch Sharpening Steel. This bonus set ensures that you have the right tools for cutting larger meats like roasts, chicken, and whole turkeys.
