USA Pan has a pan for every recipe, including this traditional jelly roll (aka Swiss roll, cream roll, roulade) pan. But this is no one hit wonder. Use our jelly roll pan to bake the perfect jelly roll cake, or a dozen delightful drop cookies, or some colorful roasted veggies. Similar in size to our quarter sheet pan, this baking pan is a workhorse. Whatever you choose to make, you will turn out beautiful creations with our aluminized steel and corrugated design.
