HOW TO USE:
- Use a clean fingertip or a flat eye shadow brush to prime the eyelid.
- Define the crease with a matte shade, using a fluffy blending brush. Place the brush tip in the crease, starting from the outer corner lightly buffing to the inner corner. Layer for color intensity.
- Apply your choice of eye shadow onto the eyelid, using a flat eye shadow brush. For shimmer shades, apply using a clean fingertip to intensify shimmer.
