HOW TO USE:

Use a clean fingertip or a flat eye shadow brush to prime the eyelid.
Define the crease with a matte shade, using a fluffy blending brush. Place the brush tip in the crease, starting from the outer corner lightly buffing to the inner corner. Layer for color intensity.
Apply your choice of eye shadow onto the eyelid, using a flat eye shadow brush. For shimmer shades, apply using a clean fingertip to intensify shimmer.
