Store in a cool, dry place. Recommended Daily Feeding Amounts: Weight of Dog: 3-12 lbs: 1.4 - 5.4 kgs; Amount to Feed: 1/3 to 1-1/4 cups: 36-135 grams. Weight of Dog: 13-20 lbs: 5.9-9.1 kgs ; Amount to Feed: 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 cups: 135-162 grams. Weight of Dog: 21-35 lbs: 9.5 - 15.9 kgs; Amount to Feed: 1-2/3 to 2-1/4 cups: 180-243 grams; 36-50 lbs: 16.3 -22.7 kgs; Amount to Feed: 2-1/4 to 2-3/4 cups: 243-297 grams. Weight of Dog: 51-75 lbs: 23.1-34.0 kgs; Amount to Feed: 2-3/4 to 3-3/4 cups: 297-405 grams. Weight of Dog: 76-100 lbs: 34.5-45.4 kgs; Amount to Feed: 3-3/4 to 4-1/2 cups: 405-486 grams. Over 100 lbs: over 45.4 kgs; Amount to Feed: 4-1/2 cups plus 1/4 cup for each 10 lbs of body weight over 100 lbs: 486 grams plus 27 g for each 4.5 kg of body weight over 45.4 kg. Feeding Adult Dogs: The recommended feeding amounts are based on using a standard 8 oz/250 ml measuring cup which contains approximately 108 g of Beneful Originals with natural salmon. Most adult dogs can be fed once daily. However, when high activity or other factors create a higher feed intake, twice-a-day feeding is recommended. Dogs should be maintained in ideal body condition and not allowed to become overweight. The food intake required to maintain ideal body condition will vary, depending on age, activity and environment. Consequently, the amount of food required for each dog will vary and should be adjusted accordingly. Feeding Tip: When switching your dog to Beneful Originals dog food, please allow 7 - 10 days for the transition. Gradually add more Beneful Originals and less of the previous food to your dog's dish each day until the changeover is complete. This gradual transition will help avoid dietary upsets. Provide adequate fresh water in a clean container daily. For your pet's health, see your veterinarian regularly.
