How long will it take for me to receive my NordicTrack?
- NordicTrack ships via truck and delivery schedule will vary based on space and availability. The delivery team will contact you with a delivery window to ensure someone will be home at time of delivery. Please allow up to approximately 30-45 days from date of order to delivery.
What if I am not available at time of delivery?
- Delivery service will make up to 4 attempts at delivery, understanding that unexpected issues may arise that would preclude having someone available to accept delivery.
What if my product is defective or missing parts?
- If you find your product to be defective or missing parts, please contact ICON Health & Fitness Customer Service directly for service or replacement at 877-993-7999.
What is the Return Policy for NordicTrack?
- You can return your NordicTrack product within 30 days from date of receipt. Please note this is an exception to the general NEX Returns Policy.
- Please contact our White Glove team to request a return of your NordicTrack item by emailing the team at whiteglove@nexweb.org. Please provide your order # as well as a phone number and best time to reach you should they need to call for additional information.
- Returns will be charged a return shipping fee of $250 plus a 10% restocking fee. Due to the size and weight of the NordicTrack product, we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges you may have paid to receive your product. Returning your product may incur additional charges for ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use, mis-assembly or accidents.
- If your product has shipped, even if you have not received your machine, the return shipping and restocking fees above will apply.

How can I arrange for in-home set up of my NordicTrack?
- To purchase assembly services for an ICON Health & Fitness Product, please contact ICON call center directly at 800-445-2480 Monday-Saturday, 0900 to 1800 Mountain Time. Service providers are located throughout the country and are contracted with and dispatched through ICON.
