NEX We Believe Holiday Season Underway
The NEX “We Believe” holiday events are in full swing at locations worldwide. The events allow the NEX to give back and say thank you to its military members and their families by recognizing the selfless contributions they make every day.
“Our NEX We Believe campaign brings the magic of the holidays to life,” said Rich Honiball, NEXCOM, Executive Vice President, Global Chief Merchandising and Marketing Officer. “It’s so much more than just savings and giveaways - it’s about family, gratefulness, life’s blessings and our nation’s brave military and their devoted loved ones. At NEXCOM we believe in giving thanks, we believe in the spirit of the holiday season but most of all, we believe that heroes walk among us!”
Through the end of the year, NEXs will be having special events and sales for service members and their families. Check with the local NEX or online at myNavyExchnage.com for more event details including store participation, specific dates, times and any pre-registration requirements.
- Win a NEX Gift Card! Open a new online account on myNavyExchange.com for a chance to win one of 12 $1,000 NEX Gift Cards. Sweepstakes runs through Jan. 2, 2019.
- We Believe in Family! From Nov. 1 – 21, enter to win a $200 Commissary Gift Card.
- Veterans Day! On Nov. 11, the NEX invites Veterans to stop by select NEXs from 11 - 2 to pick up a commemorative coin in appreciation of their military service. Coins will also be available online at myNavyExchange.com when a purchase is made from Nov. 8 - 14.
- Toys for Tots! NEX locations will serve as drop locations for the Marine Toys for Tots Program, which distributes toys to children for the holidays whose parents cannot afford to buy them.
- Extra Savings! NEX Elf, Dash will give the first customers in the door, on Nov. 25, a special scratch off card good for savings on that day’s total NEX purchase.
- NEX Cares! Children are given the opportunity to assemble and ship a care package to a military deployed loved one. Each child will receive a $20 NEX Gift card to build their care package and shipped for free by the NEX.
- We Believe in Surprises! Use a NEX scratch card from Nov. 29 – Dec. 5, for additional savings on the total NEX purchase.
- We Believe in Elfish Delights! The NEX Dot scratch off card offers 12 days to save from Dec. 13 - 24.
In addition to the many events, the NEX will be offering several sweepstakes throughout the season. NEX customers can enter to win either online at myNavyExchange.com or in store.
