NEXs Sell Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society Benefit Ticket

NAVSUP LogoFrom now until May 15, the NEX will offer customers the opportunity to support the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) by purchasing a $5 benefit ticket. The benefit tickets will be available for purchase at select NEX locations and online at myNavyExchange.com. For the first time ever, the benefit ticket will also provide customers with additional savings on their purchases.

“We love working with the NEX and appreciate the generosity of their customers,” said NMCRS Bangor, Wash., volunteer, Paula Anderson. “I hear story after story from Sailors and Marines who are beyond thankful for these contributions and what it means to them. Recently, I was helping a single E-3 and, as he was ready to leave our office, he told me he could hardly believe how much we helped him.”

This is the ninth year that the NEX has provided its customers with a way to give back, and since 2011, NEX customers have donated over $2 million to NMCRS. The donations collected throughout April and May will be presented to NMCRS in late spring, on behalf of NEX customers.

This is also the first time that the NEX will also be offering customers a bounce back coupon. Customers who make a purchase using the benefit ticket during May 9 – 15 will receive an additional $5 bounce back coupon that can be used on another purchase in store, May 9 – 15 or online, May 9 – 17.

The $5 bounce back coupon will be stapled along with the customer’s receipt to the redeemed benefit ticket or after a purchased made online, customers will have the benefit ticket emailed to them prior to the redemption dates. The benefit ticket entitles customers to discounts applied to a NEX purchase from May 9 - 15, 2019, in store and May 9 – 17, 2019, online. The ticket is valid for one-time use in-store only and is limited to $1,000 total discount. It cannot be combined with any other NEX discount cards or coupon.
