Each serving provides 23 mg of Aminogen®, an enzyme that helps your body digest and absorb protein.

Great tasting BodyTech® Casein Powder can be taken any timr of the day, ideal times are immediately upon rising in the morning, after working out or before you go to bed to help protect muscles against catabolic breakdown during the recovery period.
