The Bayou Classic Small Mesh Skimmer makes a must have cooking accessory when Cajun cooking, especially when you are boiling or frying. Use the small mesh skimmer for scooping or stirring. (We use it to scoop crawfish out of the ice chest and when frying fish.) The small mesh skimmer has a 6 inch face. This face size is perfect for use with a 10 quart dutch oven or deep fryer. With the small mesh skimmer, you can remove hot food out of oil or boiling water with ease. The small mesh skimmer is used to remove mid-sized debris from used oil. The small mesh skimmer has an eye at the top of the handle for easy keep or hanging. The holes in the skimmer are small enough to catch red beans or kidney beans. The Bayou Classic Small Mesh Skimmer measures 18 inches in length and the face is 6 inches in diameter.
