Products that contain lithium batteries can only be shipped to the 50 United States and U.S. territories. These items cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates:

Shipping costs are flat rate based on the shipping method selected.

Standard shipping is free for orders over $49.95, excluding major appliances or other items that qualify for surcharges.

Standard shipping is always free when you choose Military Star Card as your form of payment.

The times listed are the approximate number of business days it will take for merchandise to be shipped from our warehouse and delivered to you. Weather conditions and other factors can impact this schedule.

Returns:

Option 1. Return to your local NEX – bring your merchandise and receipt to your local NEX for hassle-free processing. And it’s free!

Option 2. Simply use the prepaid return label included in your order, place it on the box, and drop off at your local post office. If there was an issue with your order, you will not be charged for the return shipping. If you simply changed your mind, a $7.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed and refund to your credit card to appear on your account.

Gift Cards may neither be returned nor redeemed for cash.
